1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of trademarked.shop, operated by TRADE MARKED (ABN: 26 887 049 518). By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products TRADE MARKED sells tradie-themed merchandise including stickers, t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and accessories. Some apparel items are made to order via print-on-demand and are produced specifically upon purchase.
3. Made-to-Order Items Apparel (tees, hoodies, hats) is printed on demand and is non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please check sizing guides carefully before ordering.
4. Stickers Stickers are fulfilled directly by TRADE MARKED from Adelaide, South Australia. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on sticker orders.
5. Pricing & Payment All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). TRADE MARKED reserves the right to update pricing at any time without notice.
6. Shipping We ship from Adelaide, South Australia. Delivery times vary by product and destination. Made-to-order apparel may require additional production time before dispatch. TRADE MARKED is not liable for carrier or customs delays.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
- Wrong item received: Contact us and we'll fix it.
- Change of mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
8. Intellectual Property All designs, branding, and content on trademarked.shop are the property of TRADE MARKED. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, TRADE MARKED's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
